The Australian Literary Agents' Association
The Australian Literary Agents’ Association was formed in 2003 in order to provide a public presence and a point of contact for Australian literary agencies and their staff.

Australian Literary Management
We actively seek out publishers for the work of writers we represent: book and magazine publishers, film, theatre, radio and television producers, and others.

The Authors' Agent
The Authors' Agent specialises in representing writers of adult non-fiction, however from time to time submissions for adult fiction and children's books may be considered. The Agency does not handle work in the areas of New Age/spiritual; poetry; film/ plays/TV scripts; short stories; science fiction or fantasy.

Calidris Literary Agency
Calidris Literary Agency was established by Sally Bird in Sydney, Australia in 1997 and handles all genres except children's books, speculative fiction, fantasy and poetry.

Cameron Creswell Management

The Drummond Agency
This small personalised agency located north of Melbourne was established in 1997 by Sheila Drummond, an experienced publishing identity. It represents adult and children’s authors for fiction and non-fiction and has award-winners and best-sellers among its client list. A network of sub-agents in many territories enables the sale of world English language and translation rights to be offered to clients.

Golvan Arts Literary and Artists Agency
Golvan Arts Management represents a wide range of writers including writers of both adult and children’s fiction and non-fiction, poetry, screen writers and writers of plays. We also represent visual artists and composers.

HLA Management Theatrical Agency
HLA is an Australian theatrical agency representing writers, directors, designers, creative heads of department and comedy performers. HLA specialises in promoting the work of its clients and has affiliations with producers and agencies around the world including strong ties within Australia, America and Europe.

Jenny Darling & Associates
Jenny Darling & Associates was established in 1998, quickly becoming one of the leading literary agencies in Australia. Based in Melbourne, Jenny Darling & Associates represents many internationally successful Australian authors and has a focus on writers of adult fiction, although non-fiction and some Young Adult and Children’s authors are also represented.

Margaret Connoly & Associates
Margaret Connolly has been a literary agent for more than twenty years, after giving up a career as a lawyer in the mid-1980s.

Margaret Kennedy Agency
Margaret Kennedy Agency is a full service literary agency in Brisbane representing mainly general non-fiction, as well as some fiction and children’s writing. By design a relatively small agency, Margaret Kennedy works with each writer herself, carefully building careers. Many authors have been with the agency since it began in 1996.

The Mary Cunnane Agency
The Mary Cunnane Agency was founded in 1999 and is a full-service literary  agency representing book authors to publishers in Australia and around the world. We handle adult fiction and non-fiction.  We do not represent  science fiction, fantasy, romance novels, new age/spiritual books, or children's books.

Strictly Literary
Croncourt Pty Ltd was incorporated in 1987 with a mission to write, edit, publish and sell. And since then that's exactly what we've done, supplying editorial and business services to large companies such as News Corporation, as well as smaller one such as Focus Publishing, and individuals in Australia and around the world. We have traded under various brands depending on the market needs at the time: editorial services and magazine and book publisher Tom Koates Enterprises, boutique bookshop Books on the Park, and then in 1994, literary agency Strictly Literary came along. About Media strategic communications (managed by Phillipa Hanrick) and Cokley Media (managed by Dr John Cokley) editorial services followed. We expanded into online publishing in 1995 and into books-on-demand in 2008. Today Croncourt Pty Ltd trades both under our most successful brand -- Strictly Literary -- and as the name brand of managing director Dr Cokley: Cokley Media.

Zeitgeist Media Group
We represent a distinctive array of Australian, American, British, Asian and Chinese authors from our Shanghai, Sydney and Brussels offices. ‘China’ stories have been our recent focus, and we have a number of contemporary works of fiction and non-fiction that break new ground. Setting us apart from other agencies is our Zeitgeist media department, giving us the capacity to generate unsurpassed media exposure for our authors.
